Aspire Mobile is a new mobile field service management application that allows crew leaders to track time and location and allocate time and materials to their crew members in real time. 

Create a user guide segmented for a mobile interface thoroughly explaining the application's functions and components to increase user adoption and decrease potential customer service ticket volume. 

I conducted app testing using an emulator and the TestFlight application.

I captured screens to create step-by-step instructions for the user guide articles concurrently created with feature development.

I met biweekly with the Aspire Mobile product owner to review material.

The first draft was reviewed and revised by members of the product team. 

The documentation was ready for release on the first day of the app beta launch.
